How is my item? Never received.

My package included $150 worth of items which was shipped over 14 days ago. The tracking has not been updated for over a week. Upon contacting the business, she stated she can’t assist because she can see the same tracking as i can. As a fellow business owner, i can’t ever imagine replying to a customer who trusted me to at least make sure they receive their items they purchased with that type of customer service.

We ship everything with package insurance for you & usps may be able to better assist! Unfortunately, only their system information can see where the package truly is!
